Google Pixel 2 has been launched at the cost of Rs. 61,000 price in India, Pixel 2 is positioned slightly lower than just the base variant of Apple iPhone 8 which is at the price of Rs. 64,000.
While the Pixel 2 will be available from over 1,000 retail outlets stores in the country, they will be exclusively available online via an ecommerce platform Flipkart. The smartphones will be up for pre-orders in India on 26th of October – the former goes on sale on November 1 and the latter on November 15.
The Pixel 2 features a 5-inch Cinematic 127-mm full- High Definition with the pixel density of 1080×1920. The display also come equipped with the support for the 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Processor and RAM
The Google Pixel 2 is powered and supported by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and 4GB of RAM.
Storage and Battery
Both the smartphones come in inbuilt storage variant of 64GB and 128GB. The Pixel 2 has a battery capacity of 2700mAh which is a non removable one.
On the photography front, the Pixel 2 offer the industry-best camera sensors. The smartphone also consist of a 12.2-megapixel primary rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8 and optical and electronic image stabilization. The front facing 8-megapixel camera has an aperture of f/2.4 for taking selfies and video calling.
