Salman Khan returned to comedy genre after a long time with ‘Ready’ in 2011. Anees Bazmee’s ‘Ready’ was a blockbuster superhit and performed remarkably well on screen. Khan’s swiftness and perfect timing in comedy was praiseworthy. Recently, it seems that the makers are all set to create the sequel to this comedy venture.

Bhushan Kumar lately stated to Mumbai Mirror,

“Bharat, my production with Atul Agnihotri, has just started and now we are in talks with Salman bhai and Anees bhai for Ready 2. We are waiting for the script to get ready so that we can take it forward.”
